What this means for you the customer is if the tour operator happens to go out of business - simply, you are covered when booking with us. We are situated in Sydney Australia with trained local staff. Some of our competitors will try and sell you Australian tours where their business is run from somewhere else in the world on a computer! So even if our competitors have a cheaper quote you are taking a gamble if your hard earn money is not covered, and in any case we may still be able to better any quote.
